![]() Jedi Academy is better on almost every single front except it's story. I really don't recommend it unless your a die hard star Wars (and even still my friend quit playing this game cause he said the levels were just to bad for him to tolerate and never completed the game) Very mediocre honestly. Snipers at every corner, filled to the brim with tight platforming, barely any checkpoints and beginner traps galore. Nothing is ever clear and the Nar Shaada streets level is by far one of the worst levels I have played in any game ever. The game is filled to the brim with the classic "where the hell should I go syndrome". On one level your on a huge room with several doors that take you on several different places but turns out the main way to progress the story is by literally looking up and breaking a random vent that leads you to an elevator system. On a mission you just has to go a random corner of the map look down and see a random platform. They were so many moments where I was just lost and didn't know where to go. 9 IGN Rating - Rate Game 8.1 51 Ratings 94 65 Recommended Are You Playing Rate Game Overview Reviews HowLongToBeat 13 hrs Main Story 17 hrs Story + Sides 18 hrs Everything 15 hrs All Styles. Kyle Katarn is a fun character with decent one liners here and there. Gameplay is fine enough and the story is quite great. Kyle Katarn is a fun character with decent one liners Jedi Outcast 2 is a strange game. This is obviously not the case now but, if you want to try out the work-in-progess VR mod for Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy you will still need to be a Patreon member.Jedi Outcast 2 is a strange game. Please bear in mind though that at the time I recorded this episode video, the mod was still locked behind a Team Beef Patreon paywall. You can watch me take the first hour of the game for a spin in the VR Corner video above if you want to get an idea of how good it looks and how well it runs. Secondly, although JK XR is free to download you will need to own a copy of the original game on Steam in order to play, which is currently about £7.19. The first is that JK XR is currently only available on the SideQuest app for the Quest II and Pico4, something that PC VR and OG Quest owners may feel is a bit Bantha poodoo. In Jedi Academy, Jaden gets his Force powers by being taught at the Academy. The Star Wars Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast demo contains a level not found in the original retail version of the game. The 2 in Outcast is because it is the second game in the Jedi Knight series. This is all thanks to the recent release of Team Beef's JK XR mod, a standalone OpenXR port of Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast. In Jedi Outcast, he reacquires them over time because he already had them once. Forget about about the Force, the only thing I can feel flowing through the galaxy right now is the power of nostalgia.
